yes, when do we do letter writing campaigns? i’d like to put some effort into changing some laws or adding college to prison sentences. No more haven a choice, put a associate degree into their 3 year sentence? WHY NOT? with covid, colleges have videos classes now. tell my our government can get a copy for free? FREE COLLEGE! with course s like roofing, contractor for all, educate these boys to BE THIER OWN BOSS! get them proud to be me, attitude dang it!!! i need help

Hi Laurie, I sent you a friend request that way we can email each other. Also if you click on the 3 lines at the upper right side on the home page there's a section titled "forum" there you can put in a subject & type whatever it is you want to talk about. It's nice. I usually get emails when someone adds comments there cause I guess I agreed to get them. It's a nice option for me in case I don't check the MISS website. No, you aren't alone, I know it feels that way. Do you have family that are supportive? I have my husband he's very good about this & he's not even my son's father. My sister is really good. She's had experience with the system with a housemate I guess you'd call him. He was incarcerated a few times. It's scary when it's new & you haven't gotten a clue. That's why this group is very important. I hope you will make some friends here. Support is vital to surviving this journey.
