prayers for my son

My son Ryan got a job in the kitchen and he says he is being picked on in there. Is it because he is new? I just worry because he is a little guy. Please say a prayer for him. Thank you!

    My son had this issue also in the kitchen. He eventually quit to take a trade class I think and then the class didn't work out. He is reluctant to get another job, which worries me because of parole one day? Looks better to have had a job?
